Welcome to Harris County Utility District No. 16

Harris County Utility District No. 16 (the "District") is a political subdivision of the State of Texas created in 1971 by Act of 62nd Texas Legislature (Chapter 437). The District contains approximately 644.171 acres of land and is located within Harris County.

The District was created for the purpose of constructing and operating water, sewer, and drainage services to its residents.
